Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Falcon Conciergerie SA website. The website presents the house's services; it does not allow online booking or payment.

Member area

Access to the member area is strictly personal. Credentials are issued exclusively by Falcon Conciergerie SA, at its sole discretion, and may be suspended or revoked at any time. Members undertake to keep their credentials and the information they consult confidential and not to share them with third parties.

Services

The services described do not constitute a binding offer. Every request is studied individually and is the subject of a confidential quotation. Only the accepted quotation and its specific terms bind the parties.

Confidentiality

Falcon Conciergerie SA handles every request with the utmost discretion. No information about a client or member is disclosed to third parties, except where required to perform an accepted service or by law.

Liability

Falcon Conciergerie SA acts as an intermediary and coordinator. Liability for services provided by third parties (airlines, yacht owners, hotels, sellers) rests with those parties, within the limits set by law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Geneva, subject to appeal to the Swiss Federal Supreme Court.
