The house of Falcon Conciergerie
Falcon Conciergerie SA is a private concierge and bespoke travel house based in Geneva. It serves a select clientele of families, business leaders and high-net-worth individuals, in Switzerland and around the world.
Our role is simple to state and demanding to fulfil: taking charge of everything that requires time, a network or expertise, so that our members no longer have to think about it. A flight to arrange within the hour, a yacht for the week, an unobtainable watch, a reception for two hundred guests: each request is entrusted to a dedicated concierge, who follows it from start to finish.
We work with a network of partners selected one by one: business aviation operators, yacht owners, palace hotels and villas, dealers and collectors, watch manufactures, jewellery houses and event producers. We do not sell a catalogue: for each request, we choose the best option available.
Discretion is not a slogan but a method: non-disclosure agreements, segregated files, access limited to those directly involved. Admission is by recommendation, and access to our private area is issued by the house alone.
